And this increase in human resources means that we have to fight an even tougher competition than before. This steadily growing population brings in problems with it, and these problems are not just physical but mental and psychological as well.
The issues of depression and anxiety are growing like never before, with students being at the epicenter of the effects. World Health Organization (WHO).

What does it mean to be a Student essay
Students nowadays are always being terrified by the lingering fear of failing in exams, which is the fear to disappoint society and the people around them. Parents work in day in and day out for their children and, in turn, expect them to score good marks in exams, which adds to the existing pressure already borne by the students.
Thus at these crucial times, what do we need the most? The population does not seem to be decreasing anytime soon, and the success to failure ratio keeps changing.
So do we give up and lose all hope, sit back, and let the fear of being a failure take away the essence of life. Certainly NOT, as the great Sakura from Naruto said IF WE ARE TO LOSE ANYWAY WHY NOT FIGHT TILL OUR LAST
BREATH!! The key is to success is not giving up, but striving to succeed daily, you will inevitably face failures.
On the way, but until you succumb to the fear of losing, you never forget because there is nothing wrong with being afraid, as no human on the planet is not scared to fail. Hold on tight, and the fears that haunt you today will become stories for you to tell your friends and family at a party later.
It is not about being a great scholar alone; everyone lacks in one thing and excels at others. It is entirely okay to fail at times.
What does it mean to be a Good Student
But these things are easier said than done. Some idealistic thoughts are just useless, especially for those who are trying to achieve new heights in their respective fields. What does it mean to be a Good Student the students now are career and goals are driven, and only some random guy going non-stop about how to overcome anxiety is not going to help.
What we need to do is first acknowledge what the problem is. Most of the time, the student is not sure. He/she is feeling or experiencing, and even the people around them are not supportive enough regarding the problems.
The guardians, especially in India, are not fully open to their children regarding the issues they face. This lack of communication becomes a distance between the parents and the child. I won’t go into details of what mental problems are, but depression and anxiety are real demons in 21 st century world, and it’s high time that we accept this now.
Before the acknowledgment of the disease comes the symptoms of what the condition is. What does a student go through mentally and physically when appearing for an exam or a test?
The human brain is programmed to create scenarios on itself as a
response to the input it receives via the sense organs, but this ability can sometimes become a problem for the owner of this super tool.
The brain often manipulates the student by creating negative scenarios in it. They use apps. We all just experienced the fear that if the bus crashes while we go to the center or the new pen stops running amidst the examination, what if I fill the OMR sheet wrong and a lot more?
These false scenarios are enough to make any human shook to his core and that too on the examination day. I have already talked about the various pressures a student experiences before and after appearing for an exam. Sweaty hands, false thoughts, the fear to fail are just a few things a student has to face today before an examination, and these are enough for students to lose his/her focus and get a bad result or even fail.
Now, as we know the disease and the symptoms, what we need is medication. And actually, there is no such pill that you can take to stop this nightmare, believe me, there is not. I would go as far as to give the stupidest advice as it’s all in your head!
This will seem not very good, but it is true, the only two things that can happen are either you have sufficiently prepared or not. If you have, there is nothing to worry about, and if not, then no amount of whining will get it done for you.
Life doesn’t wait, but it always gives you chances, if one door closes, there is still another opening. It would be best if you didn’t have a careless attitude towards it, but once you have done what you could do, it is time to think ahead.
A healthy mind can turn any failure into an opportunity, and a tired closed mind can make nay winning into whining in no time.
So put the medal on the pedal and zoom off into a bright future that awaits you because you all are appearing in the most challenging examination of all times LIFE!
